Hospice & Community Care, York’s largest non-profit hospice and palliative care provider, will hold its annual Wine, Dine & Unwind on October 22, 2024 at the Country Club of York. Your support will help us to care for more than 1,200 patients and their families in York County this year through serious illness, end of life and bereavement support. A patient’s loved one recently told us “Your staff walked in our front door and took a terrible situation and made it bearable and walked us through it with love and kindness.”

Join us as we come together to celebrate life, enjoy fine wine and gourmet food, bid on exciting auction items, and ensure compassionate care is available for all our neighbors in need.
